I have only recently been introduced to this wonder, and I dare say you can find other brands and makes equally as awe inspiring...but my goodness have I never truly realised the impact the quality of a spice can have.

Booker what? I hear you say. Bucatini, (pronounced
bookateeny) is possibly my favourite type of pasta. Wiggly worm-like pasta straws that
get the sauce caught up in the central capillary that are impossible to eat or

I have another little confession, I don't often make my own stock. I know I'm supposed to using roast chicken carcasses and leftover bones and stuff but I have tried and though I do get a pleasing result it is just such a cafuffle. I usually go with Knorr stock pots which are really fantastic (although fairly salty so don't add your usual amount) and of course for chicken soup (and if I can't afford stock pots) nothing beats Telma kosher chicken stock.
Ah you purchased the sexy paprika! I love La Chinata, such a vibrant flavour. Food is looking lovely I must add :)
